# Accessible event entrance: shift handoff sheet

Use this with the venue's approved route and accessibility lead. It records day-of operations, not a building inspection or a legal compliance finding.

## Before doors and on each shift change

| Check | Owner | Time checked | Issue / next action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Door or call method usable through the admission window | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |
| Route clear in the actual event setup | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |

If a route fails, stop directing guests to it. Have the venue lead confirm a usable alternative, place a staff member at the decision point, update directions and log a retest. Do not ask guests for a diagnosis to offer help.
