## One rehearsal

1. Create a draft event with a speaker, session room, access contact and registration destination.
2. Ask the intended editor to change those three facts and request approval.
3. Inspect every public channel and language that repeats them. Mark each as automatic, manual or unverified.
4. Follow the attendee route from a shared link to the confirmation or payment boundary in a safe test. Do not make a real purchase merely to fill the worksheet.
5. Record the correction route, who owns the source of truth, and one remaining question for the provider.
