# Ticket embed and buyer-route test worksheet

Use one copy per event page. Record observations from the **public page**, not only the ticket provider's editor. Do not enter buyer names, card information or other personal data.

## Setup record

| Item | Your value |
| --- | --- |
| Event name and provider event URL | |
| Website page URL | |
| Intended on-sale ticket types | |
| Widget mode (list / button / other) | |
| Ticket-setting owner | |
| Website-code owner | |
| Approved code location and last update | |
| Direct provider-event fallback URL | |

## Logged-out buyer-route check

Mark each row **Pass**, **Fail**, or **Not tested**. For a completion test, use only an approved provider-supported method or deliberately controlled ticket. A preview purchase may create a real registration.

| Check | Observation / destination / issue owner |
| --- | --- |
| Correct event name, date and visible ticket types | |
| Intended ticket is on sale; price shown matches provider record | |
| Button or list opens the expected route | |
| Narrow phone: content and purchase control remain usable | |
| Keyboard: focus can reach and leave the purchase control | |
| Second browser: note whether checkout stays, redirects or opens a tab | |
| Quantity and registration questions can be reached | |
| Authorized completion: provider record and buyer confirmation agree, or mark unverified | |
| Direct fallback reaches the same event and an available ticket | |

## Failure and closure

| Item | Record |
| --- | --- |
| Exact public URL, browser, device and visible message | |
| Step where the buyer route stopped | |
| Ticket/event configuration checked | |
| Website container/code placement checked | |
| Provider support or website owner assigned | |
| Failed case retested on | |
| Last successful public-page check and reviewer | |

Keep the direct event link available while an embed issue is being resolved. If no safe completion test was performed, leave confirmation marked **Not tested** and name its final-check owner.
