Create an event calendar file

Enter approved public event details, preview the result, then download a one-event .ics file. Everything runs in this browser; the form does not upload your entries. This tool has an English interface.

A downloaded .ics file is a snapshot. It does not reserve a place, record an RSVP, deliver a ticket or automatically update a calendar entry already saved by an attendee.

1. Enter public details

Use the time shown on your approved event page.

For example, -06:00 or +05:30. Check the offset on the event date; it may change with daylight saving.

Check separately if the event crosses a clock change.

Use a public venue name or general online-event description. Do not add a private joining code.

Include only information approved for anyone who can download the file.

2. Review and download

Enter the event details to make a calendar file.

After importing, open the saved event in the calendar apps your audience uses. Confirm its local time, location and details link against the published event page. If the event changes, notify attendees directly.
