## Approval and closure

- **What changed, in one sentence:** [ ]
- **What attendees should do now:** [ ]
- **What remains unchanged:** [ ]
- **Where to ask for help:** [ ]
- **Before sending:** [ ] source page updated; [ ] audience and exclusions checked; [ ] language versions checked; [ ] message reviewed; [ ] links tested; [ ] backup route staffed.
- **After sending:** [ ] provider/log status reviewed; [ ] on-site copies checked; [ ] failed or unreached group assigned; [ ] support team informed; [ ] old contradictory copies removed.

An email queued or SMS marked sent does not prove every person read or understood it. Do not assume every attendee has an app, a phone number or permission for every channel. Follow your organization's communication and privacy rules before using attendee contact data. If the change concerns immediate safety, use the authorized venue emergency route rather than this worksheet.
