# Event attendee persona worksheet

Copy one blank canvas for each meaningfully different attendee need. This is a working hypothesis until supported by observations; avoid personal or sensitive attendee records.

## Segment and decision
- Segment label (task/context, not a fictional person):
- Event edition and review date:
- What is this person deciding?
- What do they need to accomplish?
- What would make attendance worthwhile?
- Known constraints on time, travel, access, budget or support:
- Which event facts must be clear before they decide?
- What remains unknown?

## Evidence log
| Claim or question | Evidence source | Date and scope | Confidence | Assumption to test | Owner |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| | | | | | |

## Event decision
- What will change on the event page, programme, access information, price explanation or support route?
- Decision owner and approval date:
- How will we check whether it helped?
- When will we revisit this canvas?

Do not invent demographics, quotes, counts or access needs. Treat staff opinions as questions for research. Keep the event-purpose brief as the overall goal; this sheet tracks a particular audience need.
