# Event postponement stakeholder communication ledger

Use one approved fact sheet for every audience. This worksheet does not establish ticket, refund, supplier or legal rights. Verify the actual agreements and platform policies first.

| Event and original date/time zone | Decision owner and time | Status: postponed / new date confirmed? | Ticket sales decision | Approved public fact sheet and version | Next update owner and point |

## Audience and action sequence

The order depends on what must be decided before a truthful announcement. Prepare operations in parallel, and do not delay warning ticket holders of a confirmed change just to finish every negotiation.

## Attendee notice facts to verify

- [ ] Event name, original date, time zone and clear postponed status.
- [ ] New date included only if approved; unknown date explicitly marked pending.
- [ ] Ticket validity, exchanges and refunds stated only after terms and platform review.
- [ ] Reply-to and accessible/language versions checked.
- [ ] Stable event page or support contact and a next update point the team can honor.
- [ ] Send report reviewed; people who may not have received the message have another path.

After each change, compare the event page, ticket status, checkout links, calendar listings, social posts and venue signs against the approved fact sheet.
