Copy a row for every extra item or privilege. A paid extra is not automatically an admission ticket. Confirm actual platform behavior with a test order before advertising it.

| Item or privilege | Included in ticket, optional per ticket, optional per order, or separate sale? | Who receives it: every attendee, selected attendee, one order, or buyer? | Admission or zone access included? | Quantity and shared stock owner | Selection and delivery method | Price/fee and tax review owner | Refund/transfer rule to confirm | Checkout, confirmation and gate/fulfilment check | Decision/status |

## Test one mixed order before launch

1. Put two different ticket types in one test order. Add zero, one and two units of the extra as appropriate. Record which person or order owns each item.
2. Confirm the stock count and price shown at checkout against the intended total. Verify whether the item can be purchased without admission.
3. Read the buyer confirmation, attendee ticket and any separate redemption instruction. Do they agree on what is included?
4. Walk the gate and fulfilment teams through the result. Identify the credential or list they will actually see and the owner of exceptions.
5. Try the allowed change or refund path in the platform's test mode, if available. Record unresolved cases; do not promise a transfer or refund rule you have not confirmed.
