# Missing event image after HTTPS — repair sheet (English)

Use one row per missing public image. Keep attendee-facing event facts readable while the owner diagnoses the asset. Do not paste private attendee information into this sheet.

## Identify the exact failure

| Field | Record |
| --- | --- |
| Public page URL and locale | |
| Missing image position and purpose | |
| What attendees cannot read without the image | |
| Device/browser and observation time | |
| Approved temporary text or alternate graphic | |
| Page owner and image/hosting owner | |

## Trace the request

| Checkpoint | Observed evidence | Owner/action |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Image URL in published page or CSS | | |
| Console warning (exact wording) | | |
| Network request URL and status | | |
| Does the HTTPS image URL serve the intended file? | | |
| Which page, media item, template or embed owns the reference? | | |
| Are responsive variants or background images affected? | | |
| Is the symptom still present with an approved second browser/device? | | |

## Scoped fix and visitor retest

| Field | Record |
| --- | --- |
| Confirmed cause; evidence that rules out other causes | |
| Approved source edit or secure replacement asset | |
| Reviewer, publishing owner and publication time | |
| Published mobile result | |
| Published desktop result | |
| Image text alternative and adjacent ticket/registration link | |
| Console/Network recheck for the same URL | |
| Remaining stale-view or cache evidence, if any | |
| Final owner and closeout time | |

If a secure image URL fails, contact the asset owner before changing site-wide URL rules, cache settings or security policy. If a visitor reports a different result, record their exact page URL and device before assuming the original fix did not publish.
