Use one row per affected sponsor placement. Keep the public page usable while the image is being repaired. Enter observed values; do not assume a failed image is caused by hotlink protection.

## Repair decision

1. **Request did not reach the intended file or returned 404:** check the saved image URL, redirects, and whether the file was moved. Ask the asset owner for the current approved file.
2. **Request was denied and the image host confirms a cross-site rule:** use an approved upload in an asset location your event team controls, if the site supports it, or obtain a supported public URL or narrowly scoped allowance from the image-host owner.
3. **Request timed out or failed for another reason:** preserve the observed error and route it to the site or image-host owner. Do not change a broad host security setting based on an image placeholder alone.
