# Ticketing-team access worksheet (English)

Use one row per assignment. Keep actual invitation links, passwords, buyer records and attendee details in the authorized system, not in this card. Record role names and event references only. A scanner-device ticket filter is a separate setting.

| Field | Decision or observed result |
|---|---|
| Event / occurrence reference | |
| Task requested (ticket types, orders, attendee view, other) | |
| Work period and closure owner | |
| Authorized approver and approval reference | |
| Provider and proposed role | |
| Included event(s) / excluded event(s) | |
| Required actions / excluded actions | |
| Does the role expose sales reports, refunds, attendee data, or account settings? | |
| Is the available grant broader than the task? If yes, decision owner / alternate route | |
| Invitation state (pending / accepted / other) | |
| Separate account confirmed by assignee? | |
| Intended event visible? Unrelated event absent? | |
| Harmless task opened successfully? No live ticket changed? | |
| Unexpected views or missing action and resolution owner | |
| Access removed on / by | |
| Former account view checked on / by / result | |

## Quick verification sequence

1. Compare the approved task with the actual provider role and event scope before inviting.
2. Have the intended person accept with their own account. Record status, not the invitation link.
3. With that account, inspect an allowed task, an excluded event and any sensitive views the role may expose. Do not alter an attendee’s live ticket to test access.
4. After the assignment, remove the grant through the provider’s supported control and verify the resulting view. If access remains or its state is uncertain, assign a follow-up owner.
