# External attendee CSV import: mapping and admission card

Use this card to record **field names, counts and test outcomes only**. Keep the actual attendee file and identifiers in the approved system, not in this worksheet.

## 1. Define the import

## 3. Run an authorized pilot

Use synthetic records in a test environment when possible. If a live test is necessary, obtain the organizer's approval and record how the test records will be resolved.

Check that the totals reconcile according to the provider's result report. A completed upload, registrant record, issued ticket and valid admission are separate states.
