# Draft event content visibility register

Use one row for each page or asset prepared before announcement. Distinguish a page that is merely not ready for search from one whose contents must remain confidential. `noindex` is not access control.

**Event / edition:** [ ] **Review owner:** [ ] **Planned announcement date:** [ ]

| Draft URL or asset | Owner / reviewer | Direct-link disclosure risk | Required access | Current control and evidence | Launch decision / approver | Control reversal / verifier |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [event page] | [ ] | [ ] | public review / restricted | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |
| [schedule / image / PDF] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |
| [registration / ticket link] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |

## Before approval

- Confidential content: authenticated access or keep it off the public web; verify linked media and files are equally protected.
- Public-but-unfinished content: if appropriate, verify page-level `noindex` meta or HTTP `X-Robots-Tag` and do not include draft links in public navigation, feeds or sitemap.
- Do not use robots.txt as a secrecy control. If Google cannot crawl a URL, it may not see its `noindex` rule.
- For a previously indexed URL, record the observed Search Console state and remediation owner; a new `noindex` rule is not instant removal.
