# Partial group-order arrival: desk decision card

This card is in English. Copy it for one order exception. Use only order and ticket references here; keep names and contact details in the ticketing system or a controlled door list. The card does not replace the event’s normal ticket and access checks.

| Event / date | Order reference | Provider / gate lead | Check time |
|---|---|---|---|
| [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |

## 1. Count before scanning

| Purchased admission units | Already checked in | People present now | Expected later | Unresolved difference |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |

- [ ] Confirm the correct event, date, ticket type or seat, and current entitlement.
- [ ] Match each person to a current ticket reference in the provider record. Do not infer entitlement from the purchaser’s order summary alone.
- [ ] If counts or references disagree, pause and give the case to the gate lead.

## 2. Choose the supported route

| What the live system shows | Decision before changing status |
|---|---|
| Individual ticket records | Select only the presented ticket references; confirm the selected count. |
| Optional all-items group view | Check whether a subset can be selected; avoid the whole-order action for partial arrival. |
| One combined credential | Do not scan if it would check in absent people. Use only the provider and event’s approved transfer or manual exception route. |
| Unclear behavior or disputed status | Stop; inspect the current order and seek a gate-lead decision. |

Supported route chosen: [ ] Ticket references admitted now: [ ] Action owner: [ ]

## 3. Verify and hand over

| Provider checked-in state after | Door log admitted now | Still expected | Pending transfer / exception owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |

- [ ] Reopen the order after the action; confirm that absent guests were not marked present.
- [ ] Record a manual door action separately from the platform check-in count. Do not claim it updated the platform.
- [ ] Tell the next shift which ticket references remain unused and what must be verified when those people arrive.
- [ ] Recheck each later arrival against the current entitlement, not an earlier screenshot.

Provider behavior differs: [TicketLeap](https://support.ticketleap.com/event-day-information/how-to-check-in-attendees-using-a-web-browser) documents ticket-level and whole-order check-in; [Ticket Tailor](https://help.tickettailor.com/en/articles/8999306-can-i-check-in-a-group-all-at-once) documents a group view that can select a subset; [Peatix](https://help-organizer.peatix.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44002223310) says its combined ticket cannot be partly checked in.
