# One ticket type: pause and restart decision card

This worksheet is in English. Copy it for one ticket type and one temporary pause. Use the ticketing system for purchaser details; this card records settings and observations only.

| Event / date | Ticket type | Provider | Decision owner | Pause time / time zone |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |

## Before pausing

| Decision | Record |
|---|---|
| Why this type must stop accepting new buyers | [ ] |
| Event status; other types that should stay on sale | [ ] |
| Target type’s current status, sale dates and available stock | [ ] |
| Issued orders/entitlements to verify separately | [ ] |
| Provider control selected: hide, pause or another supported status | [ ] |
| Why a sold-out, access-code or admin-only label is or is not appropriate | [ ] |
| Restart condition, approver and next review time | [ ] |

Do not use a sold-out label to explain a temporary operational pause unless the ticket really is sold out. Do not assume hiding reserves stock or changes already issued admissions.

## After pausing: observe the buyer path

| Path or record | Expected | Observed / time | Owner if wrong |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public event page: target type | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |
| Public event page: other types | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |
| Direct checkout link and embedded form, if used | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |
| Existing issued order and gate record | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] |

If a direct link, widget or access code still exposes the type unexpectedly, pause the announcement and resolve the actual provider behavior. The buyer view and issued-ticket state are separate checks.

## Before and after restart

- [ ] Pause reason resolved and restart approved by: [ ].
- [ ] Available stock, event visibility and ticket sale dates checked at: [ ].

- [ ] Public page, direct link and embed retested; observed result: [ ].
- [ ] Other types and issued-ticket records verified; difference and owner: [ ].
- [ ] If any condition remains open, keep the type unavailable and set the next review: [ ].
