## Session release matrix

Use **pending**, **approved**, **published**, **correction needed**, or **retired** for release status. A video host's privacy label is not the same as a tested attendee entitlement.

## Release and viewer check

- [ ] File version and public/attendee audience confirmed by the content owner.
- [ ] Beginning, ending and audio reviewed; captions/transcript and any visual-information support checked against the actual media.
- [ ] Provider's current visibility and embedding instructions checked; no internal production URL is public.
- [ ] Final session title, date, speakers and description match the approved programme.
- [ ] Old “Watch live” language and outdated start-time instructions removed.
- [ ] Published page opened in the **actual intended viewer state**, not only an editor preview.
- [ ] Each video plays on phone and desktop; captions and resource links work; controls can be used by keyboard.
- [ ] If the embed fails, any direct host link is separately approved and tested for the same viewer.
- [ ] Reviewer, time, result, correction owner and retest recorded for every session.
- [ ] Review or removal date and owner assigned; page label and links updated when access ends.
