# Event sponsor page: editable publish matrix

This worksheet is in English. Make one copy per event edition. Use the sponsor lead's confirmed public display brief; keep private package terms and agreements in their controlled location. A row below records what the website team is approved to show, not a promise of outcomes.

## 1. Page release record

| Field | Fill in |
| --- | --- |
| Event edition and date | |
| Sponsor lead / page editor / final reviewer | |
| Approved display brief and version | |
| Dedicated sponsor page URL | |
| Other display locations, such as homepage | |
| Language versions to publish | |
| Expected publish date and next review | |

## 2. Choose the public display

Compare these general formats against the approved placement. Record one choice for each page location; do not assume a widget has the same behavior in every website editor.

| Format | Useful when | Tradeoff to accept or resolve | Published visitor check |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Compact logo-and-name rows | Few sponsors; little approved detail | Long lists can become hard to scan | Names remain readable and links distinct on phone |
| Separate cards or grid | Each sponsor has an approved role or URL | Crops and unequal logo shapes need checking | Every logo, name and destination works at phone width |
| One combined image | A purely visual group has no individual links | Individual names and destinations are hard to expose | Names still legible; required links exist separately |
| Rotating view | Space is limited and every entry remains findable | Hidden slides, movement and keyboard control need care | Navigate, pause automatic motion and find every sponsor |

Chosen format by page location: **[location → format → reviewer/date]**

## 3. Confirmed sponsor display matrix

Add one row per confirmed organization and one row per page location if its presentation differs. Leave unconfirmed organizations out of the publication list.

| Sponsor ID and approved public name | Edition | Approved category / placement source | Public role or blurb approved? | Logo file and version | Exact target URL or none | Page location and language | Approver / date | Page editor / status |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Example: S-01 / [name] | [edition] | [brief row, category] | [approved text or none] | [asset ID, v2] | [confirmed URL] | [page, en] | [role, date] | [owner, draft] |
| | | | | | | | | |
| | | | | | | | | |

## 4. Public page skeleton

- Page title: **Sponsors of [event name and edition]**
- Opening sentence: **These organizations support [confirmed edition].** Replace with event-specific approved wording.
- Optional category headings: **[approved category names in approved order]**
- Sponsor entry: **[approved name]** · **[approved short role, if any]** · **[clearly named destination link, if approved]**
- If there is a separate call for new sponsors, link to that page with its own label; do not mix prospect information into a confirmed-sponsor entry.

## 5. Published-page QA

Review the actual public URLs while signed out. Record evidence of what the visitor sees after publication, not only what the editor preview showed.

| Page / language / device | Names and categories match brief | Logo version, crop and visible name | Linked logo or button name understandable | Every outbound URL reaches approved destination | Keyboard order and visible focus | Carousel controls and pause, if used | Correction owner / retest date |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| | | | | | | | |
| | | | | | | | |

## 6. Change and edition closeout

| Change or closeout date | Sponsor and affected page locations | New approved source/version | Editor | Live links and language pages rechecked | Sponsor lead notified of mismatch? | Next review |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| | | | | | | |

At the end of the edition, choose **keep as a dated archive**, **replace for the next edition**, or **retire**. Update navigation and references accordingly. Do not carry a sponsor into a new edition without a newly confirmed display brief.
