# Session handout publication and access sheet

Copy this English Markdown sheet for one event edition. Keep private source-file URLs in your internal working copy; publish only links approved for the intended attendees.

## Per-session release matrix

| Session ID / final title | Approved programme URL | Handout filename and revision | Content owner / approval date | Intended audience | Public link or platform placement | Viewer test and account state | Review / replacement owner |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [ID / title] | [URL] | [filename / revision] | [name / date] | [public, registered attendees, or named group] | [URL / session document control] | [device, account, date, result] | [name / date] |

## Publish one handout

- [ ] Confirm the session ID and title against the approved programme.
- [ ] Obtain the content owner's approval of the exact file revision and audience.
- [ ] Keep the working file and internal review notes out of the public link.
- [ ] Add the handout beside the matching session or in the provider's session document control.
- [ ] Give the link a descriptive label, such as `[Session title] handout (PDF)`; include the actual format.
- [ ] Set and record provider visibility and download options where the provider offers them.
- [ ] Open the **published** page as the intended attendee. Also test signed out if public access is intended.
- [ ] Test the destination on a phone and by keyboard. Confirm the downloaded file is the approved revision.
- [ ] Record reviewer, date, account state, device, result and correction owner in the matrix.

## Replace or remove

| Changed session / file | Old destination | New approved revision / destination | Page or provider control updated by | Visitor retest | Old-link closeout |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [ID / file] | [URL] | [revision / URL] | [name / date] | [viewer / date / result] | [removed, redirected if supported, or explained] |

Do not assume replacing a source file updates an already published download URL. Check the actual visitor destination after every change. If access ends, revise the page label and remove or explain the unavailable link.
