Use one copy per event. Enter times with their **time zone**; this is a planning and verification record, not a claim that your provider changes sale status at an exact minute. Keep approved venue capacity separate from ticket quantities.

Compare the event-wide cutoff with every type's end. If two windows overlap, record whether buyers should see both. A type can be visible but unavailable; check both states separately.

Use a logged-out browser. Where your provider documents a timing tolerance, a check exactly at the configured minute may be inconclusive; record observations within its stated interval. Do not infer a completed order from a visible button. Use only an authorized, controlled test for any checkout completion.
