Check the order record as well as the selector. A quantity step does not by itself define ticket price, seat assignment, admission credential or whole-event capacity. If an offer is already live, compare a new controlled order with an earlier one without changing that earlier order. Recheck after any change to the ticket type, price, minimum, maximum or inventory.
