# Remaining-ticket display QA card

This worksheet is in English. It records what a buyer can see; it does not replace the platform's stock or capacity record. Use a supported preview or an authorized test route, and do not change live inventory merely to trigger a notice.

| Setup field | Record |
| --- | --- |
| Event and reviewer | |
| Ticket type(s) included | |
| Is the displayed unit one type or the whole event? | |
| Platform stock view used for comparison | |
| Separate event capacity or shared stock? | |
| Holds, reserved inventory or other sales channels to check | |
| Display setting or threshold, if supported | |
| Public buyer URL or preview | |

## Buyer-view observations

| State or ticket type | Expected label and display | Observed label and number | Matches stock view? | Action / owner |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Before any configured threshold | | | | |
| Ticket type A | | | | |
| Ticket type B | | | | |
| Event-wide view, if supported | | | | |
| After a meaningful stock or capacity change | | | | |

## Publication check

- [ ] Buyers can tell whether the number is for a ticket type or the whole event.
- [ ] The visible count was compared with the correct platform stock record.
- [ ] The notice does not appear before its configured trigger, if the provider uses one.
- [ ] No wording promises a reserved place, automatic synchronization or an unverified update interval.
- [ ] Any wrong or ambiguous notice was corrected or removed, then checked again.
