# Timed-entry ticket inventory and occupancy worksheet

Event / location: ______ Layout revision: ______ Competent capacity reviewer: ______ Approved site and zone limits / source: ______ Owner / date: ______

## Ticket entitlement decisions
| Product | Date | Arrival window and late rule | Allowed stay / exit expectation | Areas or sessions | Re-entry | Shared inventory pool | Guest-facing wording approved? |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sample-001 | | | | | | | |

## Inventory and overlap plan
Do not treat a slot cap as an occupancy certificate. For each period, assess people still onsite from earlier windows + expected new arrivals + other counted people, then compare with site and zone limits. Ask the competent event safety lead to review dwell and exit assumptions; use observed counts during operation.

| Period | Earlier-window guests possibly still onsite | New ticket arrivals | All-day / comp / group / walk-up | Staff and other counted people | Planned total / zone | Approved limit / source | Entrance/queue capacity check | Remaining ticket ceiling / owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Example 10:00–10:30 | | | | | | | | |
| Example 10:30–11:00 | | | | | | | | |
