# Ticket urgency claim evidence log

Use before publishing any time, quantity, sold-out, exclusive or discount claim about an event. This worksheet is an editorial control, not a legal opinion.

| Claim ID and exact public wording | Scope: event/date/ticket tier/channel/cohort | Live evidence source and checked time/time zone | Held seats, other channels or refund/release behavior | What actually happens after cutoff or zero? | Publisher/approver | Next check or automatic withdrawal | Correction owner and record |

## Review each placement

- Event page and hosted checkout: do price, availability, and text agree?
- Email and paid ads: will the message still be true when recipients open it later?
- Creator, speaker, sponsor and partner copy: who can withdraw an outdated post?
- Counter: does it reflect the stated inventory and update when orders, holds or returns change?
- Deadline: does the timer actually end the advertised offer at the stated time zone, including after refresh?
- Change: if an allocation, price tier or cutoff changes, who approves a dated correction?

If a claim cannot be supported, remove it until the evidence exists. A presale tranche is not the whole venue, and an abandoned cart is not a sold ticket. Consult qualified local advice on applicable advertising rules.
