Privacy policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This policy explains how Boletolibre handles information when organizers use our ticketing infrastructure.
Information processed
We may process organizer account details, workspace users, event and ticket data, buyer information submitted through organizer-branded sales, payment references, authentication records, support messages, and technical logs. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider where checkout is used.
Purposes and roles
We use information to provide and secure the platform, support organizers, operate billing, prevent abuse, and send service notices. For buyer data supplied through an organizer’s event, the organizer determines the sale and its notices; Boletolibre processes the data to deliver the service.
Service providers and sharing
We may share limited data with hosting, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and support providers when needed to operate the service, and when legally required. We do not sell buyer lists or operate a ticket resale marketplace.
Cookies and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies and local storage to keep accounts signed in, remember language and theme choices, and protect the service. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should be disclosed and controlled before use.
Security and retention
We use technical and organizational controls designed to protect information. No system is risk free. We retain data as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to certain uses of personal data. Buyers should first contact the event organizer for event-specific requests. Contact us for account or platform requests.
Contact and updates
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@boletolibre.com. We will date and communicate material changes before they take effect.
