1. Inspect the public journey
Check dates, venue, prices supplied by the organizer, accessibility information and contact details. Test every public link on a phone and desktop. Verify the intended language, keyboard navigation and readable contrast. Review form labels and explain what happens after submission. Use test data rather than genuine participant records.
2. Verify each external dependency
Confirm where payment happens, who sends confirmation and who handles cancellations. Review purchase and arrival with the owners of each step. Check messages, references and help routes using test data. Record the adjustments before publication.
3. Assign the final sign-off
Name the person approving content and the person approving operations. Record unresolved issues, a correction route and a fallback communication plan. Review all languages rather than checking only the default page. Publish only the scope that has evidence behind it, then monitor participant questions through the organizer’s agreed channel.
